Pear Grapefruit Martini ♥♥

Martinis are pretty much my favorite. I bought some Absolut Pears the other day and decided to try it out tonight!

Ingredients

* 1 oz Absolut Pears vodka
* 1.5 oz grapefruit juice
* Slice of lime

Directions

1. Add vodka and grapefruit juice into martini shaker. Shake.
2. Pour into martini glass and garnish with lime. Squeeze the juice in if you'd like. Or if you're like me, just put the whole damn lime in! :)

Yum! I once bought a big bottle of the Absolut pear! I'm bookmarking this, so I can try this next time I splurge on the vodka! If you want another recipe for it, here's one I love:

Parrot on My Shoulder:
2 jiggers Absolut Pear
2 jiggers Malibu Coconut Rum
2 parts pineapple juice
1 part sweet & sour mix

Pour contents over ice in a tall glass. Or, alternatively, shake in a martini shaker with ice and serve in martini glass. (I think I preferred the on the rocks version)

I got the recipe out of the newspaper when they interviewed Nashville's best bartenders. It's from Southstreet Bar. Here's the link
